Yes, this games initially not have LICDIR folder and LIC.EDAT license file. Therefore, they can be restored through the backup, without losing LIC.EDAT on OFW > 4.70.
On more than 4.70 firmware Sony has blocked the restoration of the backup license files EDAT.
