Разложить по папкам это пол дела, потом в самой программе выполняем пункты с 1 по 6, вводим циферки и enter.
В вашем случае не указан бэкап, в программе нажмите цифру 1 и укажите ваш бэкап.

Можете попробовать воспользоваться PeXploit Lite

PeXploit Lite 1.0 in finally live! A HUGE THANKS to @xXx The Darkprogramer xXx PeXploit Lite is the lite version of pexploit. It installs pkg file on OFW 4.66+.
